No black boxes. No "trust us, it's almost done." Here's exactly how we take a product from idea to production — and what you get at each step.
Duration: 1–2 weeks
This is where most projects succeed or fail — and where most agencies cut corners. We invest heavily in discovery because a poorly scoped project is a guaranteed overrun.
We map your business model to your technical requirements, identify the riskiest assumptions in your product, surface the integration complexity early, and define success metrics before starting. The output is a document you could hand to any engineering team and get the same result.
Duration: 1–3 weeks
Before writing production code, we design the system. This means choosing the right database schema, defining the API contract, planning the service boundaries, and designing the UX flows that your team approves.
Architecture decisions made here are 10x cheaper to change than after implementation. We treat this phase with the seriousness it deserves — including documenting the decisions we considered and why we chose what we chose.
Duration: Ongoing (2-week sprints)
Development runs in two-week sprints. At the end of each sprint, you get a deployed staging environment with working features — not just a status report. You test it, give feedback, and we iterate in the next sprint.
You have direct access to the engineering team via Slack. Daily async standups are shared in writing. Nothing is hidden until it's "perfect" — you see the product evolving in real time.
Duration: 1–3 weeks before launch
Before anything reaches production, it goes through a structured QA process. This isn't just clicking through the UI — it includes automated test suites, load testing, and a security review.
We don't ship until we're confident in it. Our QA process is the reason our clients rarely deal with critical production incidents after launch.
Duration: 1–2 weeks
Launch is a structured process, not a moment. We set up CI/CD pipelines for zero-downtime deployments, configure monitoring and alerting, document the deployment runbook, and execute the production rollout systematically.
We're available throughout launch week — and for 30 days after — to handle any production issues that arise.
Duration: Ongoing
Launch is just the beginning. We stay available to help you add new features, fix issues, and scale as your product grows — on whatever timeline works for you.
